Carousel’s direct marketing campaign secures G4S new HQ in Banbury

Working in conjunction with Colliers International commercial property agents in Birmingham, Carousel’s direct marketing campaign has secured the letting of 17,000 sq ft of high quality offices in Banbury to G4S Integrated Services, the facilities management business of leading secure outsourcing company G4S.

G4S Integrated Services provides ‘Total FM solutions’ for a range of clients including the MET office, hospitals, health centres, schools and businesses across the UK operating in complex or sensitive surroundings, enabling them to work more securely in a safe and efficiently run environment. With the official opening in September, Pembroke House on Banbury Business Park has become its new HQ, bringing 120 jobs to Banbury to manage its 7,500 employees from the new base.

G4S’ Managing Director for Integrated Services, Bob Taylor, said:

We were attracted to Banbury because of the town’s excellent transport links and highly skilled local workforce. Over the past ten years we have grown our facilities management business into a UK market leader, with a turnover of more than £250 million, and this new office in Banbury will provide an important launch pad from which to base the next phase of our expansion.

Mark McKeever, Director of Carousel, said:

We worked closely with Douglas Bonham of Colliers to formulate the target market which incorporated an ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ territory for the occupier database which we researched and validated specifically for this project.

The commercial property direct marketing campaign included both postal mailing and email campaign together with telephone follow-up and Google pay-per-click advertising. G4S responded to Douglas directly from the campaign and we are delighted to now see them in occupation.
